#FLEatHome – Live with ALBERTO SAMONÀ, “Gloves as symbol of freedom”

<<Intolerance in staying at home is testimony how Italians over the decades – probably due to ideologies and post-ideologies daughters of the so-called “weak thinking” – had progressively lost the temperament of a community of destiny. Italians get intoxicated in flash mobs at the window as a surrogate for a lost sociality that is far from being a community. Dictating the rules of “sociality 4.0” (to be consumed on socials networks) is more the impotence in not being able to make the “aperi-dinner” at nineteen o’clock. The national conscience would impose other reflections on everyone. And even if, at least for once, the tricolor-flag is not waved for the football hopes of the Azzurri, this is a meagre loot, compared to being a real nation and also a genuine community>>.

Today’s live show features Alberto Samonà, who gives us a wonderful page of culture and a different, more intimate reflection than the perspectives investigated so far with #FLEatHome.
The journalist, as well as advisor to our partner “Fondazione Famiglia Piccolo di Calanovella”, explains, answering the spectators’ questions, how “staying at home is not a detention, but – for a few, very few perhaps – in this lies a chance to find a way back not yet completely erased by the hypocrisy of recent times”.
