Pierluigi Tenaglia was the General Prosecutor’s Office in the handling of NPLs (Non Performing Loans).  He was also President of the AIGA Section of Cheti in 1998/2000. In the same Institute, he was also Coordinator, until 2005. He was Secretary of the National Conference Unit for the Advocacy until 2007. Later, he was also Advisor of the order of lawyers of Chieti.  He had several assignments in public institutes, in human resources and in competitions.

His experience in law was about health, so he followed significant civil trials on behalf of ASL.

About the banking crisis, he dealt with the declaration of the state of insolvency of Chieti in Liquidazione Coatta Amministrativa Spa, as Liquidator Commissioner, as well as the events relating to the cancellation of subordinated obligations as a consequence of the resolution provision. (The Bank of Italy, with a provision of 21 November 2015, approved by the Minister of Economy and Finance with a decree of 22 November 2015, to the Article 32 of Legislative Decree 16 November 2015, no. 180, the start of the resolution of the Cassa di Risparmio of Chieti).

He was member of the Commission established at the Ministry of Justice in the XV Legislature for the Reform of the Criminal Process. He was also member of the Board of Directors of Banca Caripe spa, and he worked for Banca Popolare di Bari, from April 2009 to 2014.
