Federico Tedeschini

Federico Tedeschini, born in 1948, graduated with honors in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He practiced in High Courts since 1985 and he was hired as Professor at the Faculty of Political, Social and Communication Sciences of the Sapienza University of Rome, where he chaired the class of Public Law Institutions since 1992.

In his legal career, he has mainly dealt with public procurement, supplies and services, as well as competition law, administrative organization, urban planning, environment, public employment, expropriation, transport and infrastructure.

He has carried out several judicial activities in Italian and European High Courts as well as in several organizations holding collective interests.

He was President of the National Chamber of Arbitration for Agriculture and also acted as Vicar President of the Arbitration Chamber for Public Contracts.

For the two-year period 2014/2015 he was also nominated as President of the IV Commission for Film Review, operating at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.
