Valter Militi

A lawyer born in Catania in 1963, he graduated in law from the University of Messina in 1985. A member of the Bar Association and a member of the Supreme Court of Cassation, he specializes in criminal law, with particular reference to corporate, bankruptcy, public administration, and environmental crimes.

He has collaborated with the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Messina and has spoken at numerous national conferences. In 2002, he participated in the work of the Study Commission for the Reform of the Criminal Code (the “Nordio Commission”) established by the Minister of Justice.

He was President of AIGA, the Association of Young Italian Lawyers, from 2005 to 2008.

He has deepened his knowledge of lawyers’ pensions. In 2009, he joined the Committee of Delegates of Cassa Forense. He has held the positions of Board of Directors, member of the Investment Committee, Vice President and, from 2021 to 2025, President.
