Paolo Fancoli is an entrepreneur and manager, with consolidated experience in the management and valorization of assets gained in over twenty years of activity in the national and international scene. His professional career has focused on the design and implementation of advanced strategies for the disposal of corporate assets, both in the judicial and voluntary fields, with a particular specialization in bankruptcy procedures, voluntary liquidations and public assets.

At the helm of Astebook S.r.l., a company he founded, he has transformed the traditional approach to the sale of assets, making it more transparent, efficient and digital, combining entrepreneurial vision, technological innovation and making Astebook a national point of reference for the management of movable and immovable assets through telematic platforms and digitalized processes.

Over the course of his career he has held numerous positions, demonstrating the solidity and transversality of his entrepreneurial path. He is currently Managing Director of PORTRIDE S.r.l., a company active in commercial development between Italy and Eastern European markets, in particular Belarus and Poland. He also founded and directed Expó Real Estate S.r.l., dedicated to real estate promotion and marketing, and GRUPPO VENTUNO S.M.R.L., founded in Minsk to promote economic cooperation between Italian companies and international strategic entities.

Over time he has also held institutional roles, including being a founding member and national secretary of ITABEL, Agency for cultural and economic promotion between Italy and Belarus. He is also a member of the Blockchain Italia Association, confirming his constant attention to emerging technologies and of the T.S.E.I., Study Table on Italian executions.

A staunch supporter of innovation applied to processes, he was the first in Italy to introduce blockchain traceability of judicial sales, anticipating the concept now known as the “property identity card”, and making a concrete contribution to market transparency and buyer protection.

He is also the creator of “LISA”, the first automatic valuation engine based on artificial intelligence, designed to support the estimation of corporate assets through predictive algorithms, structured databases and a progressive learning system.
