Paolo Fancoli is an entrepreneur and manager with over twenty years of experience in managing and enhancing corporate assets, specializing in insolvency proceedings, voluntary liquidations, and online sales. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Astebook S.r.l., a company registered in the Ministry of Justice’s register of online sales managers (PDG 7/2017), which has been active in the management of assets arising from insolvency proceedings since 2012, and of Astebook 4.0 S.r.l., a company dedicated to digital innovation using artificial intelligence and blockchain. He is also the Founder and CEO of IG.VT. Expó Italia S.r.l., an international consulting and brokerage firm for the sale of corporate and industrial assets. He serves as Managing Director of PORTRIDE S.r.l., a company active in developing commercial relations between Italy and Eastern European markets. He is a member of the Italian Blockchain Association and the T.S.E.I. – Table on Italian Executions, and actively participates in conferences and roundtables on corporate crisis and asset management.
