Registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan (Section A) and the National Register of Legal Auditors (formerly Auditors) since 2003, I began my professional career after graduating in Economics and Business and a post-graduate master’s degree in domestic and international taxation.
Since 2000 I have been working in the field of financial taxation, starting my career at Studio AndersenLegal (Arthur Andersen Italia), which later merged with Deloitte Italia, where I was able to assist Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions. In those years I gained solid experience in the direct and indirect taxation of savings. In 2005 I was appointed head of financial taxation for the Pirelli group, following the establishment of listed real estate funds and operations on NPL credits. In 2007 I founded SLET – Studio Legale e Tributario, of which I am still the legal representative. The firm assists foreign insurance companies, financial holding companies, securitization companies and real estate funds. The main clients include Zurich, Generali, Morgan Stanley, ECE Italia as well as numerous Italian companies. In 2022, I participated, as an equity partner, in the founding of Stability SIM S.p.A.. At the same time, I have held and continue to hold positions as Statutory Auditor, Auditor and Board Member in supervised financial intermediaries, holding companies, foundations and university spin-offs in the field of economic research. For years, my professional activity has been accompanied by a constant commitment in the editorial-technical field: I collaborate with the magazines of the Wolters Kluwer group for which I have published numerous contributions on issues related to financial taxation, real estate funds, derivative instruments and anti-money laundering profiles.
