Supervise, motivate, support and evaluate the activity of the administrators, assistants and trainees of the Unit, ensuring quality and innovation; management of human resources and administrative rules staff to implement different actions – logistical, financial and public relations (approximative amount of AANZ Unit financial statements is one million euro per year).

Inter-action with other services of the Institution in order to provide integration and complementarity of the work of the AANZ unit with the activities of DG EXPO or other DGs.
