Rocco Andrea Versace

Born in Rome, in 1979. After humanistic studies, he graduated in Management Engineering at the University “La Sapienza”. He has worked in the industry since 2005. He took his first steps at the Antonio Merloni group’s plant in Emilia-Romagna. Since 2007 he has been working in the Oil & Gas industry, at the Nuovo Pignone plant in Florence, part of the US international group Baker Hughes, formerly General Electric company.

After having held operational roles in corporate functions such as Controllership, Lean Production, Risk Management, Quality and Sales, today he is Senior Manager in the commercial department for the LNG market (Liquefied Natural Gas). His background in manufacturing, financial and commercial environments has allowed him to know the dynamics of the business and to embrace the industrial evolution; the wide international experience has consolidated its strong European spirit. Interested in politics, economics and technology, he cares about issues like industry, business and labor.

Married and with three daughters, he lives and works in Florence.
